Mischa Barton was spotted out and about in a skirt that appears to be inspired by moss... ...Madonna showed up at the UNICEF Gala in a grass-themed Louis Vuitton frock straight from the Spring 2009 runway... ...and Colbie Caillat worked the red carpet at last night's AMA's in a bright green dress made of actual fresh flowers.
