Shot by Annie Liebovitz at the Hay Adams Hotel in D.C., Michelle is pictured in another gown by Jason Wu, who designed her inaugural ball gown. The legendary Andre Leon Talley penned the cover story, which details all her fashion-related thoughts and musings.
