Monday night's Costume Institute Gala at the Met, the yearly event that never fails to bring out fashion's elite and Hollywood's glitterati, was a salute to supermodels hosted by Kate Moss (in a faaabulous metallic turban by Stephen Jones) and designer Marc Jacobs.
