TrendWatch: Cleavage Cut-Outs?

I'm not quite sure what to make of this. When I first started seeing this look in paparazzi shots a few weeks ago, I thought it was a fluke. Sure, cut outs are everywhere at the moment, most notably in swimsuits. But cleavage cut outs? Has someone been playing with scissors again? Sadly, no. As you can see, Kelly Osbourne and Naomi Campbell are rocking the look in the same Versace dress, while Steve Harvey's fiance, Marjorie Bridges is wearing a similar top. What do you think? Is it a must or a bust?
