Darling, darling, darling...you pose an interesting question so I'm compelled to respond. Here are my thoughts, I feel the Sade cover is my favorite. It speaks of an inner beauty and thought. She looks as cool as her music. Smooth Operator indeed. And then there is Madonna, (Madge to the in crowd of kiddies). With Madonna one can never go wrong. Pick a cover and she nailed it. The fun stuff of those earlier shots is who knew she would still be relevant today and she has outlasted her contemparories in every way. Cindy, Michael and Prince who? Go on Madonna, we love you.
