A Star Studded Out About Town Post

Oh so long ago, in a land far away, famed celebrity makeup-artist, A.J. Crimson, had his birthday party at the Soho Adidas store in NYC. You know A.J., he partnered with Keisha Nash Whitaker on the lipgloss line, Kissable Couture. Anyhoo, I wasn't even planning to attend, but at the last moment I had sudden inspiration (one word, one syllable, sounds like chick) and thus decided to run into the city for the let out. As soon as we got to the door, we were met by the Oscar winner himself, Forest Whitaker and his beautiful (and super-skinny) wife, Keisha. I froze up and just kind of stared at them as they rushed past me into the waiting car, all along saying to myself, "Dammit woman! Take the picture!" Fumble! I'll do better next time we see each other, promise. (Oh and there will be a next time). Good thing there were plenty of other snaps to be had. Former G-Unit first lady, the uber-cute Olivia, is always good for a great smile and a pretty pic. I was not even being catty...she asked for a picture! The color orange is definitely in season butterum, head to toe and skin tight? I can't cosign, boo. I like the scarf and glasses though! Yay! I was soooo excited to meet the one and only blogger extraordinaire, B. Scoooott, who happened to be visiting from the Left Coast. First of all, he is absolutely beautiful. The cheekbones alone, honey. But besides all that, he is hilarious! If you haven't check out www.lovebscott.com (and especially his youtube videos) make it your bidness! Here he is with stylist extraordinaire (ahem, BEYONCE), Ty Hunter. So sweet! Well well well, look who's here! Modelo Miguel was in the building. It's always good to see super-publicist and woman-on-the-move Tamar Bazin, who chose a trendy floral print mini dress. Bree from ANTM Cycle 5 was so sweet and really gorge in person. How cute is she in her metallic mini? Totally talented recording artist, Peter Hadar and the always entertaining super promoter, Charles Anthony kept us laughing. Isn't it always the one's you'd never expect who are wearing somebody's 401K? Great Scott, who styles for Pharell and nem, is doing the most. Hat: BBC (Billionaire Boys Club). Raincoat: Louis Vuitton. Tee: BAPE (A Bathing Ape). Jeans: BBC Ice Cream. Boxers: BAPE. Sneakers: Gucci Chuck Taylors with Dragon insignia (not available in the U.S.), Belt: Gucci. 'Nuff said. Ricky Jackson (middle) of Dee And Ricky, the twin designer duo responsible for the ridiculously fashion forward Lego accessories from Marc by Marc Jacob's Spring 2008 collection, was there with a bunch of his peoples. Check out their write up in the August/September Fall Fashion Issue of Giant Magazine (hey Mr. Benjamin!) My boy Jean Alerte stays seriously suited up. It wouldn't be an Out About Town post if David didn't make a fashionable appearance. Loving Miss Honey on da left, too. Model and actress Lorna Litz struck a pose and sold it! It's all in the eyes. Living for the jewel-toned dresses! Aw, I love his style. And we have run into each other all over town since this night...hi darling! Onto the after party, where I met up with Miguel again. Yup, it's love. D.J. Clue was in the building! Um, gumdrop? You're in my shot. It's only right that my last pic of the night was of the birthday boy himself, A.J.
