Since September 2006, Vanity Fair's Vanities section has opened with a full-page portrait of an up and coming star in a 50s-style pinup shot. Lucky for us, Vanityfair.com is featuring a gallery of all 22 of its Vanities beauties. Here are some of my faves... Brazilian beauty Alice Braga is all tied up and cute as a button. Jurnee Smollett is giving a lesson in gorgousness. She's like a sexy Snow White. Actress Summer Glau is giving Rihanna a run for her money. Check out the stems! Meagen Good practically oozes modern-day bombshell. I especially love the hat and hotpants. Carice van Houten (to be seen in Tom Cruise's Valkyrie) is giving us the deliciously classic "upside down on the telephone" shot. This pic doesn't scream pinup but I love that Terry Pheto (of Oscar-winning film, Tsosti) is representing for the curvy girls of the world. Teen dream Hayden Panettiere does cute better than anybody. Comedic actress Leslie Mann somehow manages to outshine all that Louis luggage. That's not easy. Mary Elizabeth Winstead captures the look, feel and awestruck innocence of the perfect pinup.
